This is an excellent opportunity available with Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance
Company at its Claims branch office located in Tacoma WA.
Provide specialized property expertise for unique, high severity and
high dollar amount claims.
Independently resolve highly complex field adjusting, reserve establishment
and caseload management issues.
Exceptional communication skills required.
Act as Company representative in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Advanced proficiency in negotiation and interaction with legal counsel.
Collaborate with teammates to effectively manage and coordinate complex
caseloads.
• 7-10+ years advanced level
property claims examining/litigation analysis experience with a property
and casualty insurance company.
• AIC, CPCU certification(s) preferred.
• Proficient with PC systems and technology applications.
• Excel in a team environment with a focus of exceptional customer
service.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Administration (or
equivalent experience).
Product Development Pricing Analyst - Enumclaw, Washington
(Home Office)
Perform product development functions and analytical, administrative,
operational and support tasks and services. Apply in-depth analytical
expertise of insurance products, geographical territories, distribution
system needs and associated regulatory requirements. Perform effective,
timely and accurate market reviews, competitive analysis, product research
and decision making analysis for new or existing products.
• 2-5+ years of P&C insurance background
a plus (Personal Lines).
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, observational and presentation skills.
• Underwriting experience a plus.
• Proficiency with personal computer software: Microsoft Office
and Outlook.
Sr. Claims Adjuster – Kennewick, Washington Branch
Office

Company at its Claims branch office located in Kennewick, WA.
Provide specialized casualty expertise.
Independently resolve moderate and highly complex claims, reserve establishment
and caseload management issues.
Exceptional communication skills required.
Collaborate with teammates to effectively manage and coordinate complex
caseloads.
• 5+ years’ property and casualty
claims examining/litigation analysis experience with a property and
casualty insurance company.
• AIC, CPCU certification(s) preferred.
• Proficient with PC systems and technology applications.
• Excel in a team environment with a focus of exceptional customer
service.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Administration (or
equivalent experience).
Sr. Claims Adjuster III - Eugene Oregon Branch Office
Adjust and manage claim files/caseloads through correspondence, telephone
and field investigations (first and third party). Demonstrate mastery
of inside and outside adjusting techniques and practices. Demonstrated
knowledge of complex liability issues, litigation and claims management
requiring field investigation and inspection. Ability to negotiate with
legal counsel to manage complex caseloads.
Exhibit in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance
contracts and associated coverage to manage routine and complex caseloads
involving General Liability, Property and Liability claims and more
severe Bodily Injury and Commercial Claims.
Advanced level proficiency with caseload
management for specialized/complex claims and associated processing
and reserving practices; Fair Claims Practices Statutes and P&C
regulation.
